On February 24, 2025, BinaryX officially announced the token symbol adjustment from BNX to FORM, instead of FOUR as previously planned.

Reason for the Token Symbol Change

The primary reason for this move is to return the name “Four” to the BNB Chain community.

Previously, BinaryX launched the fair launch platform Four.meme on July 3, 2024, contributing to the thriving Meme culture within the BNB Chain ecosystem.

However, with the rapid expansion of the ecosystem, the name “Four” has become a prominent Meme symbol, adopted by many projects, resulting in naming conflicts and confusion within the community.

Recognizing that “Four” is no longer just a single token but has evolved into a cultural asset of the Web3 community, BinaryX decided to change the token symbol from FOUR to FORM to build a clearer brand identity and expand the token’s applicability.

The Four Ecosystem Continues to Grow

Despite the token symbol change, the Four ecosystem will continue to expand without any major changes. BinaryX remains committed to advancing DeFi, GameFi, and MemeFi around the FORM token, delivering greater value to the community.

BinaryX envisions that FORM will not only be a token but will also become a symbol and driving force for the blockchain industry’s growth.

Previous Transition Process

Earlier, on February 21, 2025, BinaryX had announced a rebranding to FOUR and a token symbol change from BNX to FOUR at a 1:1 ratio. However, despite the name change, the total supply, tokenomics, and token utility remained unchanged.

With the transition from FOUR to FORM, BinaryX once again affirms its strategy for sustainable development and clear differentiation within the Web3 ecosystem.
